A bit about me
It all began with fabric scraps and a dream...
I live in the heart of Midtown Toronto, Ontario.
But, I am a country girl at heart!
Maybe that is why I was drawn to creating handcrafted pillows that are in the most part nature inspired.
About 8 years ago I started making "critter" pillows
with fabric scraps from a local slipcover store.
They soon took on a life of their own!
Then one day I had an idea for a gift for a friend,
a pillow with the lake where his family cottage is,
marked with a little button - "You are here".
That was a good day.
I have officially lost count of how many
different lakes I have made.
Eventually I was able to leave my retail career behind
and focus on my pillow empire fulltime.
I love creating something that is unique and meaningful.
